Due to the handmade nature of our products, all items are non refundable. We do not accept returns on opened or worn merchandise.
ALL custom pieces are final sale. However, if there are any questions or concerns about your order, please do not hesitate to reach out by email email@example.com.
Exchanges will be accepted on pieces that haven't been customized.
Please get in contact within 7 days of delivery. Items must be mailed back, at the buyer's cost to be exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
*Buyers are responsible for return postage costs on exchangeable items and any loss in value if item is not returned in its original condition.
Please inspect your orders upon arrival and if the item is defective, damaged or the wrong item was received please contact us within 3 business days to come to a resolution.

Free shipping on all CAD orders over $125, applied at checkout.
All CAD orders under $125 have the option of choosing free local pickup, tracked parcel shipping ($13) or express shipping ($27) via Canada Post.
Orders are shipped in a burlap bag and one jewelry polishing cloth per order.
Free shipping on all US orders over $125 dollars, applied at checkout.
All US orders under $125 require a $15 tracked shipping fee. Orders are shipped through a third party courier service and then passed on to USPS at the border.
Buyers are responsible for any duties and fees that may occur upon reception.
